- Sunday, February 21: Creating the Beloved Community: Celebrating Black History Month, 7PM to 9PM; music by Spence & Co. to follow, 9PM to 10:30PM
“Creating the Beloved Community” will be a Zoom celebration featuring local African American and minority Writers and artists, including 97 year old living legend, Ashley Bryan. This celebration of diverse voices will be co-hosted by Charles Nero, Professor of African American studies at Bates College, Lewiston, Maine.
A musical tribute to jazz legend Duke Ellington will follow from 9PM to 10:30PM.

- Friday, March 13: Women’s History Month Celebration
We will celebrate the life, poetry, and essays of Clarine Coffin Grenfell, who owned this property at the end of the last century and operated the Grenfell Reading Center here. Part of the musical celebration will include the acapella women’s chorus Fire, led by composer Linda Hanson.
- Thursday, April 22: Celebrating International Earth Day
Featuring the paintings of Robert Phipps and the environmental sculpture and art installations of David Allen, as well as others.
